Inspection items of purification works

The detection of purification project is very strict, and there are many detection items, which mainly depends on the use of the project. Clean rooms for food, cosmetics and drugs have high requirements not only for the cleanliness of the air, but also for the number of bacteria.

The clean room inspection items are mainly composed of the following parts:

   1. Air cleanliness test: use the dust particle counter to complete the main project detection of the clean room. It is the standard of clean room cleanliness design. Refer to the table for the cleanliness level of relevant standards;

   2. Wind speed detection in dust-free room: completed by high-precision anemometer. Wind speed detection is mainly used to measure whether the air change times of the clean room meet the standard, and it is also a way to detect the total air volume of the purification air conditioning unit and air cabinet selected in the purification project;

   3. Illuminance detection of purification workshop: completed by illuminance meter, the design illuminance of general industrial clean room is more than 300lx, and that of special industrial purification workshop is more than 500lx;

   4. Clean room temperature and humidity detection: the project can be monitored for a long time through the digital display panel;

   5. Clean room noise detection: the working environment noise in the clean room shall be controlled below 70dB;

  6. Bacteria detection in clean rooms of food industry: it is an indispensable test in special filling rooms, food packaging rooms, cosmetics, medicine and biological products clean rooms.
