During construction, the purification engineering company shall ensure the design of workshop purification engineering, reasonably arrange the process flow and building plane, and select the building materials and construction technology that meet the characteristics of workshop purification engineering. The design of workshop purification works shall be based on the local energy supply background, select economical and reliable cold and heat sources, divide and arrange air conditioning purification and exhaust systems, and select reasonable purification and ventilation equipment. Whether the purification works are new or reconstructed, they shall be carried out in strict accordance with relevant standards and specifications.

Three areas and four treatment methods of workshop purification

The workshop purification project is divided into three parts: clean area, quasi clean area and auxiliary area.

The plane layout is surrounded by an outer Corridor: the outer corridor can have windows or no windows. Some equipment can be used for visiting and placing, and some are equipped with on duty heating in the outer corridor. The outer window must be double sealed.

Inner corridor type: the dust-free workshop is set in the periphery, while the corridor is set in the interior. The cleanliness of this corridor is generally high, even at the same level as the dust-free workshop. Two end type: the clean area is set on one side, and the quasi clean and auxiliary rooms are set on the other side.

Core type: the purpose is to save land and shorten pipelines. The clean area is set as the core and surrounded by various auxiliary rooms and hidden pipeline spaces. This way avoids the impact of outdoor climate on the clean area, reduces cold and hot energy consumption and is convenient for energy conservation.

Workshop purification engineering will encounter some problems more or less after being used for a period of time. How to deal with the problems correctly is also what an experienced purification engineering company should have. It can be handled in a reasonable way. Let's take a look:

(1) Indoor pollution sources: building components, number of personnel and operation activities, process equipment, process materials and process itself are dust particle release sources, which vary greatly according to specific conditions;

(2) Control requirements for self-cleaning time (recovery time): accidental release or interruption of pollutants or air flow in the clean room, intermittent convective air flow during normal operation or movement of people and equipment will worsen the cleanliness. The self-cleaning time to return to the original cleanliness depends on the air flow speed; The control requirements for self purification time depend on the bearing capacity of the impact on the quality and yield of product production within this time frame (under the deteriorating cleanliness);

(3) Indoor air flow pattern and distribution: unidirectional flow requires uniform and equal streamline, but it will be disturbed by process equipment layout, position change and personnel activities to form local eddy current; Instead of unidirectional flow, it requires filling and mixing to avoid dead angle and temperature stratification;

(4) Efficiency of final filter: under a certain amount of indoor dust in the workshop purification project, a higher efficiency filter can be used to reduce the air flow speed; In order to save energy, it should be considered to use a higher efficiency filter and reduce the air velocity, or use a lower efficiency filter and adopt a higher air velocity, so as to reduce the product of flow and resistance.
