In the 100 grade purification environment, it can meet the requirements of domestic experiments, produce precision electronic components and perform complex craniotomy. However, the construction is difficult and the cost is high. Purification pipeline requirements

The purification level of the purification room is determined according to the purpose, and the temperature, humidity and ventilation times of the purification room are adjusted according to the needs. The temperature can be adjusted by stainless steel pipe or special air conditioner in purification room. The humidity shall be adjusted by special equipment according to the specific process requirements. According to different purification requirements, we use different construction materials and construction processes. The thousand grade purification room must be insulated with stainless steel plate. There shall be no slight deformation at the joint of steel plate. At present, the isolation steel plate of 1000 grade purification room needs to be purchased from Beijing, Shanghai and other places. Stainless steel pipes and galvanized pipes can be used for purification. The outside of the pipeline shall be insulated. Before pipeline construction, the internal cleaning treatment of the pipeline is important, and the cleaning treatment cannot be carried out until all pipelines are installed. This is the key to construction. Many projects cannot pass the acceptance, so special attention should be paid to this. The design of the pipeline is related to the size of the purification room, the air supply volume and the purification requirements. The size and air volume of purified air conditioner shall be adjusted as required in the specific construction process. Due to different environment and geographical location, the construction technology is also different. It should be designed according to the actual requirements. For example, the same 900 square meter purification plant has 50 workers and 100 workers, so the ventilation duct design needs to be adjusted. Comprehensive consideration shall be given in the design. Adjust the design according to experience and specific environment.

Purification and filtration requirements

The ventilation duct generally adopts three-stage filtration, namely ordinary filtration device, medium efficiency filtration device and high efficiency filtration device. The quality of the filter needs to be checked. The filter with poor quality takes a short time and the filtering effect is not good. In particular, the air resistance is too large, resulting in small air output. The high-efficiency filter of the thousand grade purification room needs to be purchased in Shanghai. The reconnection part of the ventilation pipe shall use high-quality sealing rings. Use sealant to make up for the quality problem of the sealing ring. If it takes a little longer, there will be problems with the pipe sealing, which is very troublesome to solve. Will cause unexpected losses. If the quality of the air supply pipe goes wrong, it means that the whole project is torn down and restarted. Most of the problems in the quality of purification works are caused by problems in pipeline installation. Re applying sealant can only solve the problems temporarily. In some users, the high-efficiency filter is replaced frequently. Generally, there are problems in the air supply pipe, so the purification pipe must be installed carefully. The project supervisor cannot leave for a minute.

Selection of purification fan

The number of fans installed in the purification room is determined according to the service time. If it is used for 24 hours a day, at least two fans shall be installed. If you use it for eight hours a day, you can install less than two fans. If it is used intermittently, install a fan. The model and size of the fan are determined according to the area of the purification room.

Installation of air shower room

The air shower room is equivalent to the first barrier of the purification room, and the specific model is determined by the number of people passing per unit time. During the installation of air shower room, all joints shall be strictly sealed. There is something wrong with the first barrier, and no amount of barrier protection will work in the future. The first line of defense must not have any problems. Be careful when installing.

The glass window of the purification room is also a difficulty in construction, which is prone to problems and requires special attention. Double vacuum glass is generally used. During installation, the periphery shall be sealed firmly with high-quality sealant, and the glass window shall be installed in the sealing groove.

Requirements for ceiling of purification room

The ceiling of the purification room is a certain height from the ceiling. The general height is about 1.8m, which is convenient for maintenance and installation of lighting equipment. The ceiling of the purification room is the most difficult part of the installation work of the purification room. No matter how large the ceiling of the purification room is, it should look as a whole after installation. There is no joint and the horizontal height is the same. The ceiling must be firmly hoisted and cannot move due to temperature changes. In most cases, the purification room is under positive air pressure, that is, the indoor air pressure is higher than the outdoor air pressure. This will produce a certain pressure on the ceiling of the purification room with a large area, resulting in small cracks on the ceiling and affecting the purification effect. To solve this problem, during construction, the periphery of all joints on the roof must be treated with sealant. The sealant must be mould proof.
